The bank account information displayed on your sales invoices is driven by the information you enter within your settings > master information. However, if you have multiple bank accounts and wish to change the bank account you want your customer to pay into you change this from within the invoice entry screen.
Once you've created and linked your bank accounts within Payments you can use these when creating your sales invoices.
This is very useful should you have different bank accounts you wish certain customers to pay their invoice amounts into such as other currency bank accounts.
When you create a sales invoice you can select from the dropdown which bank account you wish to appear on the sales invoice so your client knows exactly where they need to forward the funds to.
When you setup your bank details please ensure you enter the sort code, account number, Swift/BIC number and the IBAN number as all of these may well be required by your customer.
To change the default bank account that appears on the sales invoice click on 'Date +' this display various boxes including the Bank option, select from the dropdown. You can then view the details by clicking 'show invoice'...
