It is not possible to change your subscription plan to a less advanced one, once you have exceeded the limit of entries for your particular subscription. The limit of entries defined for each type of subscription is as follows:
Small: maximum 4,000 entries per accounting year
Standard: 10,000 number of entries per accounting year

How do I change my subscription, if I chose the advanced plan by mistake?
In case you selected a higher plan without knowing which one to choose, you can change your subscription status to a lower one, as you have not exceeded the defined limit of entries. To make this change, go to the Settings > All Settings > Subscription > Subscription Status. You will see on the screen the type of subscription that your company has applied for.
To change your subscription plan, go to the icon of Edit, select the adequate plan and click Save.
