The objective of the application is to access, at any time, the monitoring of the main business KPI’s.
In the first access, the three main indicators or KPI’s already present in the control panel of the account accessible from the browser are shown:
Billed in the current year
Gross margin of the current year
% Gross margin of the current year
How to create a new KPI?
Once inside the mobile application, scroll down the screen to the end and click on the “Add new KPI” option.
It is possible to choose between:
Select from the list
Create new
Choose the formula according to the KPI you want to see:
It is possible to choose any title from the list
It is possible to combine several titles in the list using the arithmetic operations ‘+’, ‘-‘, ‘*’, ‘/’ and parentheses ‘(‘, ‘)’.
Press OK to confirm. Return to cancel the creation.
Insert the name of the new KPI created and choose whether to display the data in monetary or percentage terms.
Press ‘Save KPI’ to confirm.
NOTE : in the case of obtaining a KPI in the main panel with the message ‘Invalid expression’, verify if the formula inserted is correct (for example, the correct opening or closing of a parenthesis or the presence of some arithmetic sign between the indicators ).
How to eliminate an KPI?
From the main panel with the list of KPI’s, drag to the left the KPI box that you want to delete.
Click on the “X” icon, with the text “Delete”.
Confirm the operation with the “Delete” button or cancel the cancellation by clicking on “Cancel”.
How to modify a KPI?
From the main panel with the list of KPI’s, drag to the left the KPI box that you want to edit.
Click on the pencil icon, with the text “Edit”.
In the new open window it is possible to modify either the title of the KPI or its composition (see “How to create a new KPI?).
Once the edition is finished, click on the ‘Save KPI’ button, or on the ‘Back’ option to cancel the changes.
What is the list of KPI’s?
It is a list that keeps all the KPI’s predefined and saved in the application at some point of its use.
Through the list you can enable or disable the different indicators to make them visible or not in the main panel.
Access the list by clicking on the ‘New KPI’ option and then the ‘ Select from list ‘ option . By clicking on the stars on the right, you can activate or deactivate the KPI in the panel.
If you click on the title of the KPI in the list, you can access to edit them.
Dragging the titles to the left will allow you to permanently delete them or enter their edition.
How to choose between the view from the beginning of the year or from the beginning of the month?
For each KPI, two labels are available at the top of them: ‘Year to date’ and ‘Month to date’. It is possible to choose between these 2 options simply by clicking on one or the other. The one with the blue line below is the one that is being visualized.
How to close the session in the application?
Click on the icon on the top right with the gear icon. You will see 3 options where you have to press the last one, ‘Exit’.
